1. General Provisions
This Agreement governs the relationship between Users (“You”) and the resource owner ("We"). By signing this agreement, you confirm your consent to comply with the conditions set forth below.
2. Subject of License
The user is granted access rights and usage privileges for the service “Look at Me,” exclusively for personal use and interaction within the community content.
3. Rights Limitations
Prohibited actions include: 
• Use of any website materials or services without the resource owner's consent. 
• Transferring account credentials to third parties. 
• Distribution of illegal content in any form (including pirated software). 
• Publishing confidential information belonging to others without their permission. 
• Violation of copyrights, invasion of privacy, and dissemination of false information. 
Additionally prohibited are: 
• Creation of spam, distribution of malicious links, and phishing activities. 
• Illegal commercial activity, fraudulent schemes, and pyramid scams. 
• Publication of pornography, violent scenes, and extremist content. 
• Promotion of drugs, weapons, and extremism. 
• Incitement to hatred, discrimination, and harassment of users.
4. Terms of Service Provision 
By using the application “Look at Me”, the user agrees to the following terms: 
• The service is provided "as is," without guarantees regarding quality, accuracy, or availability of all features. 
• We reserve the right to modify the interface, functionality, and privacy policy without prior notice. 
• Content posted by users remains the property of its author but may be removed if it violates • rules.
• The application and its functionality are completely free for users to use.
5. Rights and Obligations of Parties 
Rights of Resource Owners: 
• Blocking accounts of users who violate the terms of this agreement.
• Removing publications containing illegal or undesirable content.
• Refusing service provision to users whose behavior breaches community standards.
Obligations of Users:
• Using the service strictly within legal boundaries and according to these terms. 
• Avoid publishing misleading, defamatory, or provocative information. 
• Promptly informing administration about detected violations and illicit acts committed by other users.
6. Liability of Parties 
Users bear responsibility for published material and compliance with applicable laws. Sanctions up to profile deletion and legal liability under international law apply for violations.
7. Confidentiality
Administration commits to maintaining the confidentiality of user's personal data except when legally required to transfer such information to law enforcement authorities.
8. Term of Agreement
This contract comes into effect upon registration on the site and remains valid indefinitely until the account is active.
9. Amendment and Termination of Agreement 
The company reserves the right to make changes to this agreement by posting an updated version online. The user will be considered notified from the moment the new version is published.
10. Final Clauses
Any disputes or disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations. If no amicable resolution can be reached, the matter will be referred to a court in accordance with international law. For communication with the administration, please contact us via email: support@lookatme.ru.

By accepting the terms of this agreement, the user confirms awareness of all provisions and undertakes to fulfill them rigorously.
